Mike Starling will graciously share his experience in revitalizing a non-profit and winning an LPFM license, leading to the launch of WHCP-LP in Cambridge, MD. The station was remarkably awarded a class B license under his leadership in 2022, and WHCP-FM now covers areas from Easton to Salisbury.
